Payment
Payments for orders through the website can be made through Pay Pal or Stripe our secure payment gateway for all cards Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account on placing the order. Alternatively we still accept good old-fashioned cheques made payable to Mrs Wendy Symes and can also accept orders contactless with card payments made over the telephone on 01984 656843 / 07929 577329
Delivery
FLOWERS & GOODS BY POST
Floral goods will be delivered as instructed by the customer with full name, address and postcode, other product gifts will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order if the products are in stock. (Not including Bank holidays and weekends ) Should any of the products not be in stock, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date.
Once we dispatch any goods by post we cannot be liable for any delay by post and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item. The correct address and postcode must be given with your order.
POSTAL FLOWERS ARE POSTED ON MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ONLY, If Monday is a bank holiday we can not post until the next working day. We do not post on a Friday or Saturday.
Our flower bouquets are normally posted with the next day special delivery service with the post office and have proved very reliable.
Unfortunately we cannot post our Cheese Hamper owing to weight, we can post our flower bouquets and chocolates anywhere in the UK, see website floral gift category postal flowers.
FLORAL GIFTS LOCAL DELIVERY
What happens when the recipient is not home?
If the florist arrives at the destination address to find nobody is home, the florist will leave a calling card advising the recipient that the flowers may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place (like a porch / garage/shed for example) ).
If you know the recipient and where flowers can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour please email Wendy details when ordering your flowers.
What happens if you have given us the wrong shipping/ delivery address
If you have given us the wrong shipping/delivery address/ postcode please let us know before the delivery date.
If we deliver and have the wrong shipping/delivery address/ postcode and need to enquire and phone you to find out where we need to deliver the flowers to the correct address, extra delivery costs and time costs will occur.

If nowhere to leave the flowers or directions to leave packages ?
If we need to take the flowers back to the shop and re-organise a convenient delivery time we will need to charge extra for a second delivery.
If the wrong date has been given for delivery ?
If we have been given the wrong date for delivery and the recipient is away or on holiday and we have been given instructions to deliver and leave the flowers at the address, we are not responsible for what happens with the flowers and no compensation will be given. Please make sure before ordering your flowers that the recipient are not away on holiday to avoid unnecessary upset.
Same Day and Next Day Flowers Delivered Locally
Orders for same day flowers need to be ordered by 10.30 am, we try and deliver same day when asked, but sometimes we have a wedding or other appointment commitments and we might advise next day.
Orders for next day flowers need to be ordered by 5.30 pm.
If special requests or specific flowers are required we advice ordering at least 3 days before flowers are required, we can then pre-order from our suppliers. We deal with a fresh product and like to get the best quality.
Orders will be made accordance with availability of flowers , substitute flowers will be used to the same value. Contact Wendy by phone or email to the availability if ordering the same day or day before or any special requests or colours.

Local Deliveries 5 to 13 miles radius of Stogumber includes Taunton and Minehead £5.95
Local Deliveries 16 to 20 miles radius of Stogumber £12.00 includes Bridgwater
UK Deliveries , next day special delivery £13.50 (flower weight not over 2kg )
Returns Policy
In the event of the item being faulty, we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please allow 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
LOCAL DELIVERY DAYS
Local deliveries are made on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday .
WE DO NOT DELIVER ON A SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS please check on this before placing your order. We are a local florist and not a relay company.
We do deliver on Mothering Sunday if Valentines Day falls on a Sunday and the Sunday before Christmas.
